Use Seidat with Single Sign-On (SSO)

Increase your information security and login easier by creating your Seidat account with your organisation's SSO.

You can now use your organisation's SSO to login to Seidat. This allows you to use the same login credentials in Seidat as in your company's other services, which makes logging into Seidat more seamless. When you are creating your account for the first time, you can choose whether to create an account with your SSO or by creating a password for your email address. This selection can be changed afterwards only by contacting our support. If you are an existing user and want to change to using your SSO to login, please contact Seidat support via chat. Users can only use one login process and the SSO currently works with Google and Microsoft accounts.

Require your workspace to use SSO

If you want to ensure that your Seidat workspace is more secure and utilises your organisation's SSO and 2-factor authentication (2FA), you can require all new users in your workspace to login with SSO. Users with 'Admin' or 'Owner'-rights can go to 'Settings' and click on the "Require SSO" -button to change this setting for your workspace. (image below). However, this only requires new users invited to the workspace to use SSO to login, so if you have existing users in the workspace, who are not using SSO to login, please contact Seidat support via chat.
