Support agent toggle

Decide if a support agent from Seidat can join your team.


There is a toggle to the team settings that allows team owners and admins to select whether to allow Seidat support agents to join the team in customer support cases. By allowing the support agent to join, we can assist you and your team more quicker. If the toggle is off, team admins and owners can still add support agents to the team through the user panel.

We never join teams without their knowledge and permission. We only join teams in customer support cases that require access. You can see all your team members, including support agents, in the user panel, where agents can also be removed.
