Support agent toggle

Decide if a support agent from Seidat can join your workspace


There is a toggle to the workspace settings that allows workspace owners and admins to select whether to allow Seidat support agents to join the workspace in customer support cases. By allowing the support agent to join, we can assist you and your team more quicker. If the toggle is off, workspace admins and owners can still add support agents to the workspace through the user panel.

We never join workspaces without their knowledge and permission. We only join workspaces in customer support cases that require access. You can see all your workspace members, including support agents, in the user panel, where agents can also be removed.
