Quick guide to solving a problem

Facing problems with use of Seidat? Refer to this quick guide to solve your issues.

If encountering a problem, check these steps at first:

Do you have a working internet connection?

  • Without an internet connection, you can't use Seidat to play, edit or share presentations. The only exception is if you are playing an exported presentation locally.

Are you using Seidat on a supported browser? 

  • Seidat has been tested on several browsers and browser versions, which are working properly. Please update the browser and/or change the browser if it's not supported.

Try to reload the page.

  • Reload page with SHIFT-button pressed down.

If none of these steps worked:

  • Restart browser.
  • Restart computer.

If the problem persists, please contact our support and let us know about the bug.
