Presenting with one, two or zero screens

Video tutorial on how to present your materials in different situations, with and without screen share

1. How to present with screen share if you have one screen

Select presentation and go to the sharing page from the "share presentation button", then press create new link. Set link mode to Live Member. Open the presentation to a new tab or window and go to the meeting where you will present it. From "present now," choose to present only one window or tab, and click on the one you want to show. If you want to see the audience while presenting, stretch the browser windows to your liking. Lastly going to the "presenter window", manually or by pressing the keyboard shortcut "P", there you can change slides, write meeting notes, or read notes (only you can see this window).

Sharing your presentation from a tab for full-screen effect - open the presentation link twice in your browser, and in one of the tabs, press the letter "O" for an overview. Go into the meeting and start sharing the tab that doesn't have the overview active. Now go back to the tab you aren't sharing, and you can start changing slides from there, they will change in both of the links, and the screen share where the presentation will be full screen. Hint: you can also open the same link with your phone to use it as a remote controller.

2. How to present with screen share if you have two screens

Open the presentation on one screen by pressing the play button on the presentation you want to share. Put it on full screen from the side menu, which you can open by pressing on the lower right corner of the screen. From the same side menu, open the presenter window, or by pressing the letter "P". Then drag the window to the screen you will not be sharing. Go to the meeting and start sharing the other screen. Now, you can change slides from the unshared screen through the presenter window (which only you can see).

3. How to present without screen share

Go to the sharing page, create a new link, and set it to Live Member. Copy the link and send it to the audience, for example, via chat or email. Now open the same link and select "show overview" or press the letter "O." Now you and your Seidat team members can change the slides from the overview window, and the link receivers will only see the slide that is on the right. After the meeting, you can copy the meeting notes, and if you want, delete the link so the audience won't have access to the presentation anymore.
