When you've opened the presentation slide map editor view, you can:

  • Organize slides by dragging a single slide by clicking on the slide and dragging it where you want it to go

    • If you accidentally move the slides, you can press "ESC" before you drop the slide(s), and the slide(s) will return to its original location.

  • Organize slide stacks by dragging them from the cross on top of the stack. Slide stack means a vertical stack of slides.

  • Select multiple slides from the checkmark in the upper left corner. You can also press and hold Command (on Mac) or ctrl (on Windows) and select multiple slides.

    • By selecting multiple slides, you can move them together to a new location by dragging

    • You can also delete and copy multiple slides at once. The action is on the bottom of the site.

  • From the three dots on top of a stack of slides, you can copy the whole stack of slides, delete the whole stack, insert an empty slide between stacks or paste a copied slide between stacks.

  • Create new, empty slides by pressing "+" on the left lower corner of a new slide placeholder.

  • You can delete existing slides by clicking the three dots and selecting "Delete this slide." Deleted slides can be retrieved from the slide bank's "Deleted slides" folder.

  • Edit any slide by clicking the pen icon.

  • Add slides from any other existing presentation in the workspace or the smart slide bank.

  • Name the slides

  • Make smart slides out of normal slides or vice versa.
