PDF's on slide and media bank

How to add PDF's to the media bank and on the slides

Include PDF's onto your slides seamlessly! PDF's can be added to the slide from the media bank and by embedding them from Google Drive. This article tells you how to upload PDF's to the media bank; if you want to embed videos from Google Drive, read this article.

Uploading PDF's to the media bank and file restrictions

Upload PDF's to the media bank by opening the media bank from the dashboard or the slide editor and clicking "upload." The maximum file size for PDF's is 5 GB. The PDF might take a moment to process before it can be added on to the slide, you can see the status of the PDF in the bottom left corner of the file in media bank (see image 1). Once the PDF has processed, you can see the number of pages in the PDF from the bottom left corner (see image 2).

PDF's on slide

Once you add the PDF on the slide, you can double-click on the PDF to scroll it in editing mode (see image 3). In Play-mode, you can scroll the PDF by moving your cursor on the PDF on PC or scrolling on the image on mobile. You can also open the PDF in a new tab from the icon on the top right corner of the PDF (see image 4).

PDF's on exported presentations

At this moment, if you export a Seidat presentation as a PDF, PDF files that are added into the presentation from the media bank only show the first page of the PDF file.

Can't get it to work

PDF's in the media bank are supported only for Plus and Pro license packages. If you have the Core package or older subscription model (Team XXS-L), please get in touch with us through our chat or directly with your Customer Success manager to upgrade the license.
