I am not receiving emails from Seidat
What to do when you have problems receiving emails from Seidat. These emails include PDF download links, link opening notifications etc.
Microsoft users
If you are using Microsoft Outlook, the problem is most likely in Outlook's spam filter. Sometimes Microsoft automatically adds specific domains to email "blacklists" that quarantine all the emails sent from that domain. If you are using Outlook, and aren't receiving emails, ask your organisation's IT team to release emails sent from Seidat from your organisation's quarantine list.
You can find the quarantine list as your organisation's admin in https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine. From there, you can select all emails sent from Seidat and release them from quarantine (image 1). When releasing the emails, remember to tick the box "Allow this message" (image 2).
