Quick guide to solving a problem

If encountering a problem, check these steps at first:

  • Do you have a working internet connection?
    • Without internet connection you can't use Seidat to play, edit or share presentations. The only exception is if you are playing an exported presentation locally. Check how to export presentations here.
  • Are you using Seidat on a supported browser? You can check the supported browsers here.
    • Seidat has been tested on several browsers and browsers versions, which are working properly. Please update the browser and/or change browser if it's not supported.
  • Try to reload the page.
    • Reload page with SHIFT-button pressed down.
  • Restart browser.
  • Restart computer.
