Quick guide to solving a problem


If encountering a problem, check these steps at first:

  • Do you have a working internet connection?
    • Without internet connection you can't use Seidat to play, edit or share presentations (Only exception is if you are playing exported presentation locally. Check how to export presentations here)
  • Are you using Seidat on a supported browser? You can check the supported browsers here.
    • Seidat has been tested on several browsers and browsers versions, which are working properly. Please update the browser and/or change browser if it's not supported.
  • Try to reload the page.
    • Reload page with SHIFT-button pressed down.
  • Restart browser.
  • Restart computer.
