If encountering a problem, check these steps at first:

Do you have a working internet connection?

  • Without internet connection you can't use Seidat to play, edit or share presentations. The only exception is if you are playing an exported presentation locally.

Are you using Seidat on a supported browser? 

  • Seidat has been tested on several browsers and browsers versions, which are working properly. Please update the browser and/or change browser if it's not supported.

Try to reload the page.

  • Reload page with SHIFT-button pressed down.

If none of these steps worked:

  • Restart browser.
  • Restart computer.
